Return, Refund and Exchange Policy
- We offer returns and exchanges within 48 hours of delivery. To ensure a smooth return or exchange experience, please initiate your request within this timeframe. After 48 hours, unfortunately, we won't be able to accept returns or exchanges.
- If in case, any manufacturing defects are to be found, we expect the customer to share a detailed video, clear enough to explain the defected product. The video should be shared on the following email: support@inaarafashion.com.
- Upon receiving the video, our team of experts will verify the facts and a decision for an exchange of the product will be taken accordingly.
